At Sandwich Tech, we back up our products in two important ways - with our Satisfaction Guarantee and our "2 Years to Life" warranty. We feel this is the most fair and honest way we can stand behind our products.
We want you to be as confident in your purchase as if you had demoed the skis already. For this reason, when you purchase your skis from SandwichTechSkis.com, we provide our Satisfaction Guarantee. Get up to (3) ski days on your new skis. If, within (14) days of receiving the skis, you are not completely satisfied, then you can send the skis back for a full refund less our original shipping costs.
All Sandwich Tech skis purchased new come with a two-year warranty against damage due to a manufacturing defect. Skis will be either repaired or replaced at no cost to the owner. This does not require registration and applies to the original owner only. Damage that is due to normal wear and tear or excess abuse (rails, rocks, etc) will not be entitled to free repair or replacement. Continuing to ski on damaged skis will void your two-year warranty as this can greatly accelerate wear.
All Sandwich Tech skis, 2 years or 10 years old, original owner or not, come with lifetime support. This means that at any point if your Sandwich Tech skis need repair or replacement (or you just want to upgrade), you can send them to us for an assessment. We will let you know what options we can offer for repair or replacement and at what cost.
