Basic Ski Material Kit

This ski building kit includes most of the materials you will need to build a pair of skis or two pair of skis with the "double" kit. The kit includes our sintered base material, metal edge, rubber edge tape (VDS), triaxial fiberglass, tip and tail fill, topsheet, and optionally epoxy resin with accessories. You will need to provide your own core and sidewalls (sold separately) as well as a mold and press. The kit is available in two lengths:

Up to 180cm single ski kits include: 6ft (183cm) piece of base, (4) 75" pieces of edge, 25ft piece of VDS, (4) 6ft ski width fiberglass strips, 1ft piece of tipfill, 6ft piece of clear nylon topsheet, and optionally 48 fl.oz. of bio-based epoxy resin with mixing accessories.

Up to 180cm double ski kits include: (2) 6ft (183cm) pieces of base, (8) 75" pieces of edge, (2) 25ft pieces of VDS, (8) 6ft ski width fiberglass strips, (2) 1ft pieces of tipfill, (2) 6ft pieces of clear nylon topsheet, and optionally 96 fl.oz. of bio-based epoxy resin with mixing accessories.

Up to 202cm single ski kits include: 6.75ft (206cm) piece of base, (4) 84" pieces of edge, 28ft piece of VDS, (4) 6.75ft ski width fiberglass strips, 1ft piece of tipfill, 6.75ft piece of clear nylon topsheet, and optionally 48 fl.oz. of bio-based epoxy resin with mixing accessories.
