18oz./sq.yd (610gsm) biaxial double-bias fiberglass is a popular reinforcement where you need torsional reinforcement. This can be useful with powsurfer boards that have an un-profiled core, so 0-degree fibers can make the board overly stiff. Always use a reinforcement layer above and below your core. This E-glass reinforces the ski or snowboard in the 45/-45 directions. This fiberglass has a stitched edge finish, is typically 13.5 inches (343mm) wide, and 300 feet (91.4m) long.
