Plastic Flush Cut Bit

This solid carbide flush cutting bit works well for cutting plastic materials.  The flute design is ideal for curling the chips of soft materials like plastic, reducing heat buildup and burrs.  This helps prevent the chips from re-welding.  The bearings provide smooth cutting when using a template.  This bit is excellent at cutting bases without precutting.  Note that keeping the feedrate high helps in the reduction of heat buildup.
